Day Delegate Rate

2008 rate is £71 per person plus VAT

Opt for our Day Delegate Rate for a more inclusive option. To assist you with the budgeting of your conference or meeting, below details what is included in this package:

  • Meeting Room (7.00am - 5.30pm)
  • Catering Room (7.00am - 5.30pm)
  • Tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival
  • Mid morning tea, coffee and freshly baked cookies
  • Two-course 3 choice stand up Fork Buffet Lunch with coffee (see menus)
  • Tea, coffee and biscuits in the afternoon
  • Telephone on registration desk
  • Projection screen
  • 2 flipcharts and pens

Should the meeting be in the either the Telford Theatre or the Godfrey Mitchell Theatre, the Day Delegate Rate includes all equipment already provided in the theatres and a technician.
